During the primary election, many registered voters were surprised to learn that their party status had been changed without them knowing. If you have had ANY interaction with the DMV, most likely you have had your party changed to "Unaffiliated". This means address change, passport, drivers license, buy or sell a car. We encourage you to check your voter status NOW and before the upcoming election. There was a box that you had to check on the DMV form to keep your party status, or else your were unaffiliated.
