MESA UTILITY INCREASE

Since 2009 thru 2023 Mesa overspent General Governmental revenues by nearly$1.2 billion and transferred over $1.5 billion from the Utility fund to cover this spending gap. City leadership must do a better job managing government resources and stop overburdening its residents with high utility rates.
